We’re excited to introduce Nashville’s sex therapists, who create a safe, nonjudgemental space for honest conversations about sex and intimacy:
I specialize in working with individuals and relationships navigating consensual non-monogamy, polyamory, open relationships, kink, and other alternative relationship structures. Supporting clients as they explore new dynamics, renegotiate agreements, repair trust, and work through long-standing relational patterns is central to my work. I bring over 20 years of personal experience navigating alternative relationships, alongside professional training grounded in respect for consent, autonomy, and relational complexity. I am currently completing my LPC-MHSP and working toward certification as an Alternative Relationship Therapist.
My practice is sex-positive, body-positive, and affirming of LGBTQIA+ identities. I am kink-aware and poly-friendly, with experience supporting clients navigating jealousy, boundaries, power dynamics, disclosure, and relational transitions. My style is warm, direct, and engaged, with a focus on helping you build relationships -- and a life -- that feel intentional, authentic, and aligned.

My goal as your therapist is to create a safe space where you feel both comfortable and brave while growing, sharing, and expressing yourself. I specialize in sex therapy, helping individuals and couples reignite their sexual spark, tackle sexual dysfunction, or create sexual understanding. I enjoy helping people identify and confront patterns that are no longer working for them, whether it's to navigate anxiety, OCD, depression, phase of life, or sexual issues. I want to help you understand your past and guide you towards becoming the very best version of yourself. I use Adlerian, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioral therapies paired with evidence-based interventions. My areas of special interest include: sexual issues, anxiety, OCD, self-esteem and self-worth issues, LGBTQIA+, relationship issues, parenting concerns, and family of origin exploration. https://www.allpartstherapygroup.com
HAILEY ROWE-MAYBEE
LPC-MHSP
I am an existentially oriented psychotherapist and AASECT Certified Sex Therapist specializing in sexual trauma, desire, intimacy, and the ways our relationships with sex are shaped by power, meaning, and lived experience. I work with individuals and couples who feel disconnected from their bodies, their pleasure, or their sense of choice: often after trauma, chronic stress, medical experiences, or years of prioritizing everyone else’s needs.
My work is grounded in trauma-informed, relational, and phenomenological approaches, with a particular focus on helping clients rebuild safety, agency, and embodied trust. Rather than pathologizing sexual concerns, I help clients understand how their nervous systems learned to adapt, and how those adaptations can be renegotiated. This includes work around low desire, sexual avoidance, shame, relational rupture, identity exploration, and the long afterlives of sexual trauma.
Therapy with me is collaborative, thoughtful, and deeply respectful of your autonomy. I hold space for difficult truths while remaining attuned to pacing, consent, and choice. My aim is not to “fix” you, but to help you cultivate a more honest, grounded, and livable relationship with yourself, your body, and your intimate life.

LPC-MHSP, CST, LADAC II, CFRC
I have a passion for working with individuals and couples to write their life story as they always imagined it. I take a client-centered approach to relationship and sex therapy, which means each session is your time to explore your vision of connection, love and wholeness in a safe, judgement-free environment.
I received my Master’s of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Trevecca University and hold an LPC license in the state of Tennessee. I am a Certified Sex Therapist from the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT), Certified Imago Relationship Therapist, and a National Board Certified Counselor (NCC).
I received a Bachelor’s degree from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, CA and have worked in the entertainment industry for over thirty years and chose to pursue therapy as an additional career ten years ago. People are sometimes surprised to learn of my career in comedy writing, but I see the similarities as this: comedy is about observing life’s biggest and smallest moments while writing is about exploring someone’s intimate story, empathizing with their struggles, and letting their life unfold beautifully.
